BREATHWORK
Soul Air Breathwork is my way of bringing together the spiritual and scientific sides of healing. Through conscious connected breathwork i will guide you into the deeper layers of self, where the body holds the imprints of past experiences.
Trauma is not only something we remember mentally-its something we carry physically, stored as tension, fears, restriction, and unprocessed emotions within our nervous system. These unresolved wounds can quietly shape how we feel, react and move through life, often beneath conscious awareness.
By working with the breath in a continuous intentional rhythm we begin to soften the body's defences and access these hidden layers safely and naturally.
Through this process breath becomes a bridge into non-ordinary states of consciousness, where the mind loosens the grip and the body is given space to express, release, and heal.
Suppressed emotions can surface, freeing long-held energy. As blockages dissolve, a sense of lightness, clarity, and reconnection emerges.
Breathwork guides you back to your inner wisdom, awakening deeper love, trust and connection to your true essence.

How I Came to Breathwork & Wellness
My journey of self-discovery began over 14 years ago while traveling, when I discovered a Vipassana meditation center in Nepal. During ten days of silence, I experienced the true power of the breath. Through years of practice and exploring other energy works like Reiki, yoga and massage, I eventually found Conscious Connected Breathwork. I knew immediately that I wanted to go deeper, to learn more, to experience it fully and to share this beautiful, powerful medicine that we can all access through our own breath.
Through extensive training and deep study, I gained insight into how conscious breathing can unlock stored tension and reset the nervous system. Today, I create safe, grounded spaces for others to explore this same path of return. My goal is to guide you back to your true essence, where clarity, peace and a deeper wisdom reside

1:1 Sessions
Each 1:1 session is an invitation to explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, allowing your system to unwind and gently return to balance.
During each session i will gently guide you through intentional breathing techniques ,music, and grounding support while creating a safe and supportive container for you to fully feel into your body.
Through the wisdom and intelligence of the breath, your body is given the space to release stored tension, emotions, and patterns that may no longer serve you, allowing for greater clarity, balance, healing, and inner connection.
Each session is unique and guided by what your body and nervous system need in the moment..
This is an invitation to breathe deeply, feel fully, and return home to yourself.
